Spray Booth Design
If you would like something different or you have an awkward area for the booth to be installed in, we could design and manufacture something specifically for you.
All the customer’s requirements are taken into account and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and ability to do something different to the standard booths. The manufacturing takes place in our workshops on our calibrated machinery.
When we design a spray booth, we design it to meet your needs and to suit you. High quality materials are used to ensure that the equipment is not only a valuable aid and asset to your business but it also looks good and lasts.
Fabrication & Manufacture
You, as the customer supply details of the size booth that you require and where you would like it situated. From there on, we can offer suggestions as to where to position your extraction, heating plant and paint mixing rooms. High and low level lighting are an available option along with LED upgrade.
Based on your requirements we manufacture a booth exactly to your needs.
Our workshops have numerous machines to make all the components for the booths. Skilled individuals operate the machinery and make everything specifically for you ensuring all your requirements are met.
Installation
We arrange dates in which installation can commence that fits in with both parties. LCI Spraybooths pre-fabricate the booth at our workshop and we bring all components to you at your location. We can dismantle old spray booths and construct your new booth in the location you require.
Once a booth is installed, we carry out tests to ensure your equipment is fit for work to minimise downtime.
On-site Training
Once your new spray booth is fully commissioned, we offer staff training to ensure the equipment is used safely and correctly. This way you will all understand its capabilities and use it to its full potential.
Maintenance / Repairs
Spray booth filters need to be changed regularly and will increase the efficiency of exhaust fans and reduce energy consumption.
Annual Servicing
We can provide annual servicing to ensure your spray booth is running efficiently. This allows us to identify any developing faults and correct them before it becomes an issue. We can also deal with any queries that has arisen.
